Who We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in operations or resource management, preferably in software consulting or IT services.
- Proven ability to manage external vendor partnerships and subcontractor relationships.
- Leadership skills to inspire and manage teams, with excellent communication and analytical abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira or Microsoft Project.
